Self care is crucial for thriving in today's world.  We are overwhelmed from all directions and our nervous system is trying its best to keep us going. Sometimes the time that you give yourself, in massage, in yoga, in quiet space, out in nature is more beneficial than other modalities.

I do what I do because I want others to know that I hear and see their struggles, that helping you to cope with them is very rewarding to me.  One has to find the path that brings you the most healthful peace.
 

I was a teacher in the Chambersburg School District for 22 years, and then I needed to move on to something new.  I have taught yoga for over 30 years, and that is a big part of my life.  I also create many pieces for my Eclectic Bohemian Vendor business, as I have always loved art.  I have an associates degree in commercial art and two Bachelor's Degrees and a Master's Degree from Shippensburg University.  I love learning!!! I am continuing my education in Craniosacral work through the Upledger Institute and also expanded my yoga practice with Kundalini Yoga and Chakra work.
